ANNOYING!!!

I have allergies SO bad today! I think I've sneezed 100+ times today! Please remember me, I'm trying to get my house clean, and this is really slowing me down! Sorry, I just felt the need to vent a little!

Yard sale is over, but not a sucess :(

Well I closed down my yard sale for good. I didn't sell everything by a long shot. I made maybe $60.00, which is better than nothing I guess. It may pay one bill that I needed to pay. I'm going to put a few things on craigslist and keep them for a week, then whatever I haven't sold, I'm donating! It's not going back in my house, and not staying in my garage! HEHE, So basically my Step 1 in my garage transformation is complete. I'm so excited to get all the yard sale stuff cleared out and start organizing the shelves. I have enough shelves that it shouldn't be hard to get everything in a good place. But like I mentioned yesterday, I have found SEVERAL things that I had lost, so it was like finding treasure. HEHE. Anyway... I'm a little disappointed, but definitely glad it's over with, they are such a pain to have.

SLOW day :(

Well I did manage to get my yard sale totally set up and going today. Unfortunately it has been a really slow day. I've only had maybe 10 people all day long. I'm closing it down for the day and hoping tomorrow will be a lot better, we truly need it to be better than this. I did however manage to find something wonderful to come out of all of this work I've done: I've found a lot of things that I've been looking for for a year or two! It's always nice to finally find things that you have NO idea where they have went to! So I'm happy about that. I've unpacked 6 or 7 boxes that were just left in the garage and forgotten about. YAY!

On another note, I do have some sad news. We've lost a wonderful person, Sis Deanie. I'm thankful that her suffering is over, but I'm sure going to miss her smiling face, she was a SWEET person. I had grown to really love her, I only met her about 6 months ago, but loved her very much. I'm so sorry JoAnn.

E I E I Oops

Last night we went to Blake's program. It was the cutest thing ever. They had a farm scene. They had different groups: Horses, pigs, cows, sheep, chickens. Blake was a sheep. They basically just sang some farm songs, yes including Old McDonald ;) Then afterward they had a slide show of all the Kindergartners. I can't believe that he is almost done with Kindergarten. He's going to be a 1st grader, that is hard to believe. They're growing up too fast :( But anyway, back to the program, They also did these cute little dances, which included tilting their heads side to side, it was adorable! I really enjoyed it!!! Then afterwards, my good friend Velvadene came over to see me and we went to see Sis. Deanie. PLEASE remember her! She needs it so badly. They wouldn't even let us in her room, because she is so bad. It breaks my heart to see someone I love having to go through this. She has been so sweet through this trial. She always greeted everyone with a smile. Just remember her, pretty please...

I'm officially TIRED!

Ugh, I am so stinking tired. I've been running, trying to get all set up for the yard sale. It is so hard to put one on by yourself. Today, I went to our church and borrowed 5 tables ( with permission ;) They are the old wooden tables, so they were really heavy. I loaded them and unloaded them ALL BY MYSELF. Then came home and started putting things on the tables. I'm not even close to being done with putting things on the tables. Tomorrow and the next day I will be going through my entire house and GETTING RID of USELESS STUFF. I'm just so tired of having so much stuff that I don't really even use. I will continue to be busy all week/weekend. I'm just so excited to get rid of a lot of things. I just wanted to show my progress, and wanted to take a break from everything. I'm exhausted! Hope you all are having a great day! Blake has a program tonight, I'm looking forward to it! He is going to be a sheep he tells me. Of course I'll post some pictures of it tomorrow :)
